🎯️ The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised HR Coordinator/Advisor to join our team and support our team in London with key HR projects. In this role, you’ll handle various tasks within HR, including, client liaison, employee relations, training coordination, HR compliance and systems.
With 2-3 years of HR experience, ideally in a dynamic setting, you’ll bring a strong understanding of HR principles, project management, and the ability to support our team’s growth.
- Update, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and handbooks on HRIS and Microsoft platforms, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards for both clients and internal teams.
- Handle HR administration tasks, including report generation, client communications, SLA responses, and creation and delivery of HR compliance documentation as part of the onboarding process for both clients and internal hires.
- Manage day-to-day HRIS operations for multiple clients and internal teams, including updates and troubleshooting.
- Serve as the primary contact for client and internal inquiries via email and phone, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and HRIS data, for both client and internal requirements.
- Provide HR support and advisory services to client managers, internal managers, and employees on various HR matters.
- Advise senior executives, production managers, and clients on HRIS functionality, documentation requirements, and contract-related queries (e.g., holiday allowances, right-to-work).
- Coordinate meetings with Production Managers, Executives, and clients.
- Perform other HR duties and participate in special projects as required for client and internal needs.

- 2-3 years of experience in HR systems and/or in an HR assistant, administrative, or project coordination role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
