🎯️ The Role

We are currently hiring Associate HR Consultants who are natively bilingual in English and one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Danish, Swedish, or Dutch. In addition to your language skills, you’ll need robust HR experience in your corresponding country, specifically within TV, Film, Theatre or Media.

Your role as an Associate HR Consultant will include:

• Managing relationships with clients such as streamers, broadcasters, or production companies, including leadership teams, to plan People activity and requirements.
• Managing complex employee relations cases involving various worker types.
• Delivering tailored training solutions for productions, including programmes around EDI, feedback, and performance.
• Supporting cast and crew through an escalation process.
• Providing generalist HR support both remotely and in person on location or in the studio.
• Coaching senior production team members on HR matters.
• Interpreting and applying HR compliance documentation in line with the production ethos.
• Offering a comprehensive HR service focused on crew performance, productivity, and engagement.
• Educating and influencing people leaders on effective HR, people, and culture practices.
• Challenging leadership teams constructively where necessary.
• Fostering relationships to ensure cohesive and consistent HR practice.

🎯️ The Spec

We’re looking for Associate HR Consultants with a combination of the following skills and experiences:

• Natively bilingual in French, German, Spanish, Italian, Danish, Swedish, or Dutch, with HR experience in the corresponding country.
• Senior generalist HR experience, ideally within TV, Film, or media.
• Proven experience handling complex employee/worker relations cases.
• Strong relationship-building skills at all levels.
